Process and Facilities Design
In the design phase it is important to understand locations of key assets and equipment and overlay the requirements of process services and ingredients. This assists at both the costing and delivery stages.
Our experienced process engineers and design engineers have 3D and Navisworks capabilities to develop P&ID’s to then convert into detailed designs to provide detailed scopes of work and installation paths.

Engineering and Maintenance
M&A have a proven way to improve maintenance performance. Engineering & Maintenance Functions are often viewed as cost centres.
Our view, is that it should be a profit centre and by instilling an activity-based culture, measuring the performance of these activities and the impact on reliability, we can then get a Return on the maintenance investment though reduced downtime and improved stabilising of maintenance costs.

Equipment & Services Installation
Supporting our Project Team is our expert trade services and installation crew from EnMass Engineering..
We are increasingly seeing, OEM’s only supplying “supervision” services and client to provide the labour – we successfully fill this aspect for OEM’s and is an excellent resource if M&A are project managing the overall project. This has allowed us to build exceptional relationships with OEM’s and some of Australia’s largest OEM agencies.

Maintenance Execution
EnMass Engineering was established in 2020 to support the Engineering Management and Maintenance improvement service that M&A provide.
In some scenarios to create change, we have, under a performance-based contract, provide a full Engineering Management Function and once the team established, the team transitions to the client. This has been hugely successful.
